That is a little blowback pocket pistol made by Bergman of Germany around 1900-1910.(of later Bergman-Bayard fame) It was chambered in 8mm, probably bottleneck, as Bergman was an early proponent of rimless bottlenecks. In fact some of his early rounds didn't have rims or extractor grooves. Depended on residual gas pressure to blow the case out of the chamber. (Great idea until you get a misfire. ) I owned this one a number of years ago and never did find any ammo for it. The gun is actually quite scarce and, I think, the ammo even more so. Power-wise... 25ACP to 32 Auto range.
