Was santa good to you this year?

No wife, Santa left me some extra cash I can use to start buying my 2016 list,
probably 4-5 more S&Ws, a couple Ruger Bearcats for the grandkids to use when I take them shooting. Need a couple rifles for them to use, not sure what I'll get.
I need a few more barrels/scopes for my TC G2 carbine.... and prolly an AR10.

I'm really at the point where I've got my needs taken care of as far as guns themselves, though I can always come up with a want without trying too hard. What I really needed to do was finish setting up and accessorizing the guns I already have. So being single with no kids, Santa Me treated Me to a shopping spree from Midway on Black Friday. I got a couple scope mounts, some P-mags, spare mags for my VP-9, tritium front sight for my KLCR and several other needed items. Getting my existing guns all squared away & set up is making me far happier than buying another gun.

Not really sure if they fit as Christmas gifts. Probably more like Christmas season presents.

1st one is a Bulgarian Makarov I brought the first part of December. I knew supplies are going to dry up soon so I sold a gun to help finance the Makarov.

The second one was a unplanned purchase. Cabelas ran a 10% off used gun sales.and they had this Pietta Single Action .357 already marked down. It's one of there ugly guns with unpolished brass grip frame and bead blasted dark blue finish. However it has the Colt four click action so the action should slick up nice. I stuck it away on layaway until after the first of the new year.

My girlfriend got me a houge overmold stock and volquartsen hammer and sear for my Ruger 10/22,took it apart and gave it a facelift and a real good cleaning yesterday.

Brave Response holster, 100 rounds of American Eagle FMJ 45acp, Nikon P-308 scope and P series mounts, Viking Tactics padded sling with Bravo Company M Lok QD attachment and sling swivel, Bushnell TRS-25 red dot with a Weaver offset mount, Primary Weapons Systems M Lok Harris bipod attachment, Harris 6-9" bipod and 120 rounds of green tip 5.56.

Santa was good to me.

150 rounds of .38 special hollow points and every power tool I've been putting off buying for myself, a floor jack and the composite ratchet I've been eyeballing for awhile...all from my in-laws! It's nice being the favorite.

I asked my parents for an AR upper as a joke because they always stand by not enabling my firearm habit. To my surprise they ordered one for me and I got it a few days later. Now I have no excuse not to finish my AR build.

I've answered this elsewhere but........

..........I'll gladly answer again! Unfortunately not back in my hands yet but hopefully soon! My Astra A70 is at Mahovsky's for hard chroming. My buddy takes care of all the details and my wife reimburses him. Thats how my FEG HiPower got done last year. I'll post pics of both when finished. For now I must put all my Zen patience into use. This one got shipped earlier than last year so hopefully it won't be too much longer.

Hoping to get him trained with firearms so I can use him to go hunting...once I figure out how to ride him right! :) Wonder if they make a saddle scabbard for a CZ 527M?

Ding-ding-ding,,, We have a winner!

My son's girlfriend bought her dad's old lawnmower and had her uncle paint it up. She gave it to him for Christmas.
She's a keeper!

Okay,,, This is the coolest thing ever!

She's not merely a keeper,,,
She's an absolute Gem of a woman.

I bought myself a new laptop, it's amazing, and I decided I wasn't going to buy anything else that cost much of anything, but when these came up for under $400, I had to bite:
