Sincerest condolences to you and yours. I lost my father a few years ago. Still hurts, but you still gotta put one foot in front of the other. It'll get easier, pal. Hang in there. :)
 
May he rest in peace. I lost my Father 10 years ago and it seems like yesterday I was sitting on the back porch with him having a toddy.

I saw the picture and remembered that you posted about him. He was the guy who looked like Dick van Dyke, right?

As I said on TGO, I'm sorry to hear about your dad. I'm ashamed to say that I've been so busy over the last few years that I forgot about the group effort to save that gun for your dad. I'm proud to have been involved with that act. The folks here at THR are truly a good bunch.
 
My condolences. I know it doesn't seem like it, but it will get easier with time. Just remember the good times, and it'll keep his memory alive in your hearts forever.

it is still a nightmare.
