I don’t own one but wish I did. I have a Weatherby SAS 12 ga and used to have a Weatherby Orion 20 ga, good, reliable guns and have experienced solid customer service over the years. I have always admired Weatherby’s rifles and his strong and lasting impact on the industry.
I thought this was a very good article. I checked out the $449 that the author paid for his Mark V in 1973 and in 2022 dollars it’s $2,945, almost the exact same price that the Mark V costs today, adjusted for inflation. Pretty interesting, that. Good read:
