Weaver K6 scope turret caps

Are the current Weaver K6 turret caps made of aluminum or plastic? TIA

aluminum i believe....all the weavers i have are anyway

don't hvae a k6, but the 2 grand slams and 2 classic v's I have are all are aluminum. Now, if only they didn't have the rocky mountain elk foundation logo stamped on the grand slams..............
actually, even on the cheap tasco scopes I have seen they have been aluminum. Don't think I have ever seen a plastic cap.

I have a 3-4 year old K4, the caps on it are aluminum
