I have a pair of 5 1/2" SS Bisleys as well with the convertible barrels. I do not shoot the 45ACP cylinder but have it on hand for the time if that is all I could get for ammo. They are accurate and fun to shoot. I would get the one with adjustable sights. You will not be sorry when you get it.:)

FWIW I bought the 6 1/2" SS 357/9MM version for the same reason.;) I mostly shoot target 38 SPL reloads in that one.

Have a blued 5 1/2 inch New Vaquero in 45 Colt / ACP. Love it! Fun to shoot. I like the flexibility to shoot ACP ammo if I'm also shooting my 1911, or just want to save a little $. Truth be told though, I still shoot way more Colt.... ACP is great when I am being "practical" but there is just something about the Colt cartridge I like... a lot.

Most shooters will find they shoot one or the other more. The biggest benefit of having both is for the .45 Colt shooter who may need to grab a box of ammo in a pinch. Most stores that carry ammo, carry .45 ACP. Not so much with .45 Colt.
