"We're not going to roll over," Chicago Mayor Richard Daley said.

If you took Los Angeles and put the Crips and the Bloods in the mayor's office and the city counsel, you'd have Chicago.

I don't know; the crips and bloods are not that well organized, and their focus isn't there. The mafia wants people unarmed so they can extort them.

The "Baron" is not pleased.

The ban hasn't "gone down" yet. There's still no specific rules set that he must follow. He could do just what DC did and impose other types of infringement....which would then require yet another lawsuit. Oh sure, you "could" own a handgun but you must pay a $1000 registration fee and take a class that's held once per year on the moon to qualify. This is how these people think. They don't care about our rights. They don't care what the SCOTUS says. They have their own agenda and that's all that matters to them. It's still a win and that's great, but it's not time to celebrate just yet. Daley has more dirty tricks up his sleeves...believe it.
