What .308 is this?

Can anyone tell me what country this surplus .308 is from? I bought the battle pack from Sportsman's Guide a while back. I had totally forgotten about the pack, and it made it's way to the back of the closet behind the DAG stuff, and I thought this was just another DAG pack... it's clearly not. It's listed as M118, 168 gr, and boxer primed (looks like it might be annealed too). It looks like it's Lot 02 IK 03 if that helps any. Any ideas?

Link to Ammo- The pic online looks like it's Lithuanian, but the rounds I have aren't marked GGG... and they're 168 gr, not 146 gr.

Thanks guys, knew I came to the right place. Unexpected surprises in the back of the closet are even better when they turn out to be kick ass, reloadable Yugo ammo instead of one-and-done DAG.
