Im looking to put together a list of all the S&W 8-Shot revolvers. Im looking current, no longer produced and specials (lew Horton ect...) Can you guys help me assemble the list?

Im looking to put together a list so I can start collecting them all.... I want to start with N frame .357 mag first then 38 Super then .22LR guns.

Are there any .38 spcl only N frame 8-Shots. This one on S&W Site IS titled .357mag but the spec. sheet lists it as .38spcl

Why the heck should they make a huge 38spl in 8 shot, when I think they should make (And Id buy it) a .357 super in 8 shot "N-Frame!"?

Can't speak to 8-shot, so excuse me if this is OT, but the .686 7-shot is an extremely reliable and accurate firearm. I use it for competitive shooting and very much trust my life with it.
