I've used the Rainier copper plated and the Berry copper plated bullets for this application and I was wondering if anyone had any other bullets they like to use for such target .44 magnums, that is in my case, a 240 grain bullet having an 1100 velocity.

Thanks. ;)

I've had great results with the 180 grain "ashcan" bullet dropped from a Lyman mould using linotype. I size it .430 and load it on top of a mild load of Unique.

I like the Bear Creek moly coated bullets, 240gr SWC on top of Universal.
I get 1050fps out of my 4" Smith.Patrick

I don't have a ton of experience reloading, but those 240gr Bear Creek bullets mentioned above are the most accurate thing I've found so far. 5.5" Redhawk.
