The item on the left is concave on the other end and shaped like a bullet and marked H13, center some type of tool marked M1 .30 and to the right are these Lee?

looks like some parts to a Lee case trimmer.

It's hard to tell the sizes from the picture but the LH part looks like the rammer for seating primers. The center items look like a depriming punch and case expander combined. Since you say it's marked .30 M1 then they should be for the M1 carbine case. The item on the RH side are shell holders. It looks like the furtherest one to the right has an extension or an adapter on it. I can't tell you who made them off the top of my head but you can probably compare them to known samples and figure it out if you need to.

Don't knowm about the piece on the left ?
2 center items are Lee case trimmer pilots -
2 far right are thes hell holders holding a case for trimming and othe prep work.
The are numbered accordingly to the appropriate shell holder.

looks sorta like a seater plug of sorts ????It would drop in the die then an adjustment knob above it ???

that is a case length trimming setup for what seems to be pistol rounds of some sort.
my money would be on lee as manufacturer.

the thin pin on the end passes thru the flash hole to center and measure to the base of the brass. (decapped brass)

Exactly. Looks like the part that snaps into the press ram and shoves the bullet up through the sizing die.
