The item on the left is concave on the other end and shaped like a bullet and marked H13, center some type of tool marked M1 .30 and to the right are these Lee?

It's hard to tell the sizes from the picture but the LH part looks like the rammer for seating primers. The center items look like a depriming punch and case expander combined. Since you say it's marked .30 M1 then they should be for the M1 carbine case. The item on the RH side are shell holders. It looks like the furtherest one to the right has an extension or an adapter on it. I can't tell you who made them off the top of my head but you can probably compare them to known samples and figure it out if you need to.
 
that is a case length trimming setup for what seems to be pistol rounds of some sort.
my money would be on lee as manufacturer.

the thin pin on the end passes thru the flash hole to center and measure to the base of the brass. (decapped brass)
 
the piece on the left looks like the pushing rod for a lee bullet sizer!
Exactly. Looks like the part that snaps into the press ram and shoves the bullet up through the sizing die.
