What are you taking deer hunting this year?

Federal Fusion is great in 7.62x39. While I had a SKS that was my prefered hunting ammo.

I'm taking 7.62x39 Hornady SST's out once rifle season rolls around... I'll let y'all know how it goes. Gonna be out of a 16" AK... or perhaps a 14.something" if I get my Saiga project finished.

High power apparently likes the drive hunt...drive to the stand so you don't carry that big beast, drive another truck full of ammo, then drive the deer into the killzone.

Unfortunately it s too costly for me to hunt deer . I would just wake up early and take a road trip towards Lake Charles , LA and stop at Rabideaux Meat Market. They got venison and pork ready to go . And id be back the same day loaded for the holidays.
