What brand bullets on your bench

Well I guess I'm in the company of several here that I have a lot in common with quantity wise....

That said, the majority of my on shelf bulk bullets are either Remington or Hornady, with a goodly amount of Winchester thrown in. I do have some other brands for specific things as well. Sure wished Nosler still made the Solid Base, I'm running low. The Barnes TTSX, and new Sierra TGK are getting more attention now as well in a couple of calibers.

I found years ago that the Rem CL did all that I needed on the game I hunt, so I purchased them in bulk when they were available for my main hunting calibers. The Rem and Win bulk handgun bullets have worked equally as well for hunting loads and practice. I have probably more Berry's on the shelf than anything, basically for practice. For most everything else, it's now getting to be my own cast bullets taking the lead.

As mentioned though, there are a few calibers that I load the Partition and Ballistic Tip for as well as a couple that use the Barnes TTSX, not that they are needed but they come in the particular weight I need and perform great in their specific purposes.

I have a box of Berry's.45ACP 230 gr. on my bench currently, but I usually store bullets in a cabinet with the primers and brass in varying stages of processing. The box on my bench popped open on the ride home, and there are about 20 bullets loose in the bag. They'll sit as is until I start to clean up the metallic loading bench sometime in the spring. I've been loading Trap loads all winter for the coming year.

I load for 30 Carbine, both rifle and pistol, .38 spl & 357 Mag, 40 S&W, 9MM, .223 Rem & 5.56 Nato. 30-30 Win. 308, .270. I have dies for .45 Auto but haven't loaded any cases cause I don't have a firearm that shoots the 45. I mostly have Extreme, Some Hornaday, Some Sierra, Some BOB'S Bullets, RMR & What ever is cheapest, I load just for target practice. Too old to walk the fields so I don't hunt but love to shoot and reload. Am trying lead semi wad cutters when the weather permits.

1.) 8 Centerfire Calibers & 2 Shotshell
.32 H & R Mag; 9mm; .38spl/.357 mag; .44spl/.44 mag; .45-70; .243; 20 gauge; 12 gauge
2.) 4 brands Missouri Bullet Co; Hornady; Speer; X-Treme plated

3.) Most of my bullets are MBC (lead) & Hornady (jacketed)

This should be fun.
1. How many calibers you load for?
.380, 9mm, .45ACP, .223, 300AAC, 30-30WIN, .308WIN, .410, 28GA, 20GA, 12GA

2. How many different brands of bullet you got?
Brazos, Acme, Hoosier, LOS, Hornady, Sierra, Nosler, RMR, Accura, Rim Rock, Speer

3. What brand do you have the most of?
Acme or Brazos... its close.

For me...

1. 15 (14 rifle + 9mm)

2. 6 (Hornady, Barnes, Berger, Sierra, Nosler, Speer)

3. Sierra.

I have a make of Sierra in every caliber I load except 338 Win Mag. Close second (Sierra beat em by 1) is Barnes. Match Burners and TTSX. I became a big fan of the TTSXs last year.

Hmm I load for something like 15 calibers all hand gun. I have some bullets I bought locally for 45 ACP. Some Berry's. Some came from Brazos Shooters Supply. Some came from Western, some from Matt's Bullets, some from Old West Bullets, some from Bear Creek. I also have some from Winchester, Remington, Sierra, and Hornady,

1. 3 rifle and 1 pistol. 6.5 PRC out of necessity because factory rounds are expensive. 308 Win out preference.

2. 2; Hornady and Nosler.

3. Hornady. Specifically, 1,200 .355 XTP that I bought on sale before I ever reloaded anything. More money than sense sometimes.

I'm assuming you are asking about brands of projectiles for loading, not brands of factory ammo. I've probably got some of every brand factory ammo possible.

22-250- Sierra, Hornady

1. How many calibers you load for?
2 (Rossi R92 357 20" + 9mm)

2. How many different brands of bullet you got?
5. Shooting Blanks brand (Lee Molds)

3. What brand do you have the most of?
Depends on which ones I am casting at the time.

1. 6 Rifle, 5 Handgun
2. Probably a dozen+
3. X-Treme plated pistol bullets (Around 10K at the moment)

Handgun - mosty plated Berry's, X-Treme, coated Missouri Bullet Co., and jacketed Hornady, and Speer.

Rifle - mostly Hornady and Speer.

I formerly used some Nosler and Sierra, but they became perpetually unavailable or overpriced.

1) Calibers = 9.........for 14 different cartridges.
2) Brands = 4...........SNS, Hornady, RMR, Berry's
3) SNS by far (mostly load/shoot HiTek coated lead)...

I was a dedicated Sierra user for rifle until the great "pandemic" arrived. Now I'm a Hornady uses because I can find them locally. I see a few Sierra now and then but not in the right weights. The Hornady's are so close in accuracy to the Sierras and somewhat cheaper so I'm happy with the switch.

1. How many calibers you load for? I've cut down to Mostly 3 rifle: .308 and .223 ......plus just a little wildcat .22-243 Middlestead
and 4 pistol: .357, .40S&W, 45 ACP, and 9mm for two grandsons.

2. How many different brands of bullet you got? cast lead .45 acp, plus Hornady, Speer, and Sierra pistol. Rifle bullets are mostly Sierra, Speer, Nosler, and Hornady.

3. What brand do you have the most of? Speer pistol, rifle? about the same of each except less Speer.

After seeing the post before mine, I think I know why there's a bullet shortage! ;)

In reality I load 3 calibers. That's .223, 9mm, and .40 S&W. In theory I load a bunch more. I have everything I need to load another 4 pistol calibers and another 4 rifle calibers. I just don't have the time right now. I have Sierra, Berger, Hornandy, Everglades, Speer, and Nosler.

Well, im not really a reloader but I do reload for a couple rifles simply because I can’t get quality ammunition without doing so.
A few hunting bullets on hand ( nothing to boast about),, and several thousand custom 6 mm long range target bullets. Again they are nothing to boast about rather just tools of the trade.

load for 7 calibers. 5 pistol 2 rifle. betting they are the top 7 most common ones too

Sierra, Hornady, Sig, xtreme, Missouri, and homemade bullets.

by far and away "my own" brand of bullets! but hornady second.
