What can you tell me about Eagle Arms?

Among the guns that I got from my dad is a side-by-side 20 gauge. It is marked Eagle Arms by Zabala Eibar Spain. I know mom gave it to him in the early '70s, new I think, but I can't find a serial number on it. So I'm thinking that it is a little older than that, pre-firearms act.

I did a Google search for Zabala, the site is in Spanish (go figure) so I can't read it. Anybody out there know anything about these shotguns?
