Every gun is different. New guns can be tight and need some brake-in, before reduced loads function properly. Gun looks dry in the photo, which could cause problems too. I'm with 243winxb, try some factory loads. Oil the gun good to assist in break-in. It's not a high end custom 1911 that has been hand fitted where the action is smooth as glass. If you've been hand loading for awhile, you should now that not all chambers are the same. Yes you can make a round that functions in them all, but you have to have all the guns present when you workup your loads. Adding one late to the party can bring up issues.
