I'll be getting a .30-40 Krag carbine when my family comes back from the beach vacation I didn't get to go on.

A buddy told my wife about it (the last category in my 20thC US military rifle collection) and she got it for me.

I'll still act tickled when I get it (cause I will be:D)

I got a pistol/rifle bench rest, a box of .45 Colt ammo, and there's another mystery gift on its way that Amazon boogered the shipping on.

I also got a Kershaw Ken Onion folding knife. It was a good Christmas.

Some long gun cases

for my plinking rifles. Not so much for me but so my nephew wont see my guns, just in case he ever gets into the bedroom, and then into my closet, and then into my locker... all with locked doors... whatever. (I think if he managed all that without someone noticing, a zipper isnt going to stop him)

knowing I wouldn't get anything gun related from my wife, I put a new m2 on layaway at cabelas and asked for gift cards.
I also got a new air compressor to start spraying guns with.

My wife acquired (I don't know how...) some Super Comp Match .50 BMG ammo (for my competitions). She then proceeded to paint the tips pink, blue, purple... etc. Sigh... great ammo now preturbed. Oh well, at least its the though that counts.

My inlaws gave me $200, which I immediately converted into an excellent-condition Yugo SKS. (Regular $199, but the good folks at ClassicArms.com were having a $20-off-any-SKS sale, so I got it for $179... sweet!)

My fiance bought me a six-month membership to one of the local ranges! Total surprise, didn't see it coming.

Oh, and a 100 count box of WWB .45.:D

Plus she agreed to take a CCW course with me.
Good gun year.

I got a Marlin 917v and a set of leupold rings for christmas, now to find a scope.... Also went to dinner at the wifes parents and picked up a nice little glenfield model 75 off of my brother in law for $40.

Nice minty S&W 17-4, target hammer, trigger and stocks. Box and papers, from a mom & pop shop in Iowa.

Here are some pictures that I said I'd upload from my previous post in here.

Norinco M14S
Norinco SKS
Glock shoulder stock (not sure of make) the glock I had already owned, just got the stock for christmas. Can't wait to try it out at 20yards

My girlfriend also got me this coat for my dog, good for a laugh. Me and my dad laughed at my dog for a good half hour, was pretty funny. His name is 'kilo' so we were making up names, commander kilo, sargeant kilo, lol etc. Too much fun.

My brother got me a magazine for my AR and an ERGO Suregrip that I'd been wanting.

My Mom bought me the YHM Free-floating forearm that I wanted too, now I'm AR-less until my upper gets back.

Oh and I bought myself a Sg P226 .40S&W for a birthday/Christmas present.

Best gun year yet.

Merry Christmas to all and a Happy New Year

Nothing gun related.

Got some money though. Probably spend it on an ar lower or somethin like that.

What are those red things? and the little silver loop?
Belt holders for cylinders?

heh.. at first I thought they were cartridges! wondering how in the hell they would fit into that cylinder...

Hello,
Red things are moon clip holders. The little silver loop is a detachable factory muzzle break/compinsator. Look close at the end of the revolvers brl. and you can see that there is a removeable thread/muzzle protector installed ---- revolver came with both --- moon clip holders are aftermarket.

My gun related gift from my wife was that she let me go to Cabelas and buy some rainier bullets for my .45. It's just better for both of us that I do the buying instead of having her drive there to get it.

1. Enough $ to buy the 1911 I've always wanted
2. Family member (widow of a hunter) let me borrow her Ruger mk II hunter, and Browning A-bolt for an indeterminate period of time.

so I'll be going home with 3 guns this Christmas...

i got a les baer premier II and the wife got a fully tricked out ruger 10/22 rifle and david yurman ring (anniversary/christmas gift) :p

My wife, who isn't a "gun-person" but thinks if you want you should be allowed to own a weapon, surprised the heck out of me by getting me a M-1D Garand in June and kept it hid from til Christmas. I think I'll keep her.

1944 remington rand from dad, 50 rd box of self defence 45 from a friend and 100 rounds of 45 from a co worker. i dont know if this would be considered gun related but dad also gave me a complete ww2 helmet.
