The closest thing to being firearm related was a wind meter from Radio Shack. The wife and I were getting Home Depot cards from just about everybody so we can finish up our long-running renovations to our home. The in-laws asked what I wanted for a small gift so we'd have something to unwrap.
Now I just have to start shooting well enough that doping the wind will actually make a difference.

I also got a pair of Motorola GMRS/FRS mini-talkies from the wife. She was all
as to why I wanted them, but it was fun listening to all the kids in the neigborhood with their christmas walkie-talkies broadcasting on the licensed GMRS frequencies and PO'ing the delivery services, courriers and HAM's off.
As a Libertarian, my sympathies are mixed, I feel for both the kids and the "pros" who jumped through the FCC hoops and use the radios's correctly. I suspect 99% of the people who buy them don't even realize that they're only supposed to use the FRS channels untill they've been licensed...
I also got a wireless broadband router, since my new work laptop has built in 802.11b. I can now surf THR from bed, or the couch, or whenever the wife insists on putting on MTV shows, "reality shows", American Idol, anything on Lifetime, or anything else I can't stand...
