Many of us are going to use the Obama dread as an excuse, I mean reason to buy a new firearm. What are you guys going to pick up before January 20th?

Already bought mine. Now working on ammo.

Last gun on my "must have" list is officially in my safe.

Now time to work on my "would like to have" list. First up being a bolt action varmint rifle of some flavor....maybe even .223 so I don't have to work on yet another caliber in ammo stock.

Might move the GSG-5 and/or HiPoint up to to the top though. GSG-5 because it's cool, HiPoint because it's fugly and is listed on the ban list even though I would probably never actually shoot the thing.

Nothing that I wouldn't have bought if McCain had won. I'm not a fan of the black rifles and I've lived too long to panic after every election.

I am buying a Mosin, a couple more high capacity magazines for my Saiga, and some more ammo. I also want to buy a reloader.

I've always wanted an Ar-15 and AR-10, and now seems like a good excuse to buy them.

Just gotta sell my motorcycle to fund my purchases.

I agree with Starter52. I've been around too long to fear every new president but the combination of Prez-elect, house leader and Senate leader makes me more fearful than ever before
