What is the last gun that you bought?

Picked up a blued 4 inch Ruger GP100 with houge grips. This baby is a Keeper. I like it so much I just might get another one.

My S&W M&P 40 is garbage BTW. S&W semi's are no longer welcomed in my safe. My M&P 9 was great after my gunsmith worked on it but this M&P40 is garbage. I'm going to send the recording of the noisy trigger.
Found the Ruger and his big brother. I now have 2 SR1911's one in 5inch and the 4 inch. Add to that the Henery Yellow Boy with octagon barrel and I'm done for the year. Well maybe not. Rumor is Academy my repeat their $100 price on Hertiage 22lr revolvers on black Friday. Lets see, 4 grandchildren, nice starter pistol, low price and what does that add up too. Granny standing in line again @ 0 darkthirty, in the cold and dark of night. Alas a granparents lot in life.

With Christmas coming on I've run across a couple friends looking for mad money ...

Colt Lord and Lady derringers in presentation case 22 short ... I think they are for people that don't want to hurt each other much :)

Kimber Super Carry 45

Smith & Wesson Governor

A "Bucket List" gun I never thought I'd have, SiG SSG 3000 in 308

I just bought a M&P Shield 9mm....

Great gun that I can pocket carry, unlike my Glock 26...

I scored a 98 on Larry Vicker's drill "The Test"

10 yards, 10 seconds on a B8 target, since the Shield doesn't hold 10, I drew from concealment out of a Blade Tech IWB holster.

I shot the 98 in 8.06 seconds, a little too fast...

Quote! aarondhgraham: "I found this little thing at The Evil Pawn Shop,,,
The serial number dates it to 1985/86,,,
The last years of production.
I honestly think it's unfired,,,
There is not one blemish anywhere,,,
And nothing around the forcing cone or top-strap."

Several moths ago my wife bought me a H & R model 929 revolver that looks just like that. A guy at her work sold it to her for $120.00. It is in fair condition. It was passed down to him from his dis-ceased father.
Got to shoot it for the first time a few days ago. It shot very well. I had to get used to the big blade sights but it seems pretty accurate.

I bought a Gen 4 Glock 17 about a week ago, haven't shot it yet but hope to do so today.

I always wanted a 45-70 and grew-up watching cavalry movies, so I bought a Uberti Springfield trapdoor carbine. The reloading components are enroute. Whoopee!

Update: the first Yugo SKS in my family, an M-59. It is the type mfg. with No grenade launcher:). All matching except the magazine.
I had never read that the "Yugoslavians" produced chrome-lined bores. Maybe it's just the rifle's excellent condition.

Went to both shows hoping to spot either an actual German or Franco-German (Manurhin) Walther PPK, maybe a used stainless Sig 230/232.

Rock Island 22 TCM bought in September. Bought two AR 15 receivers last week and intend to buy a 7.5" Adams Arm's pistol upper next Monday.

Sig Sauer P938 SAS Holiday Gift from me. First reliable Sig I've purchased, as the saying goes: 3rd times a charm (and this is Sig #3). The first two were problem children (P232 & P290). After the first outing the P938 was flawless with both 115gr Fiocchi and 124gr American Eagle FMJ 9mm. Certainly nicer to shoot with the extended 7 round magazine as shown in picture. I was able to get all fingers on the grip, not so with the flat bottom 6 round magazine it came with. Going back out with it on Monday for round two.
