I like Winchester too, that's why it isn't on the list. I'm going to be selling some brass, and I'd like to know where to start. I'm keeping my winchester, since that I what I am loading now.
I would have to say WCC as I have a 5 gal. bucket full (Winchester). But I also have some FC96,97,98, military contract brass, and a few boxes of loaded military ammo from the same contract.
I've been reloading mixed brass in 40 S&W for a couple years now, Speer, Federal, Winchester, Remington, Fiocchi, I can't really tell a difference between any of them.

Day in and day out, I like Winchester brass for pistol ammo because it's boringly average, uneventful, and just works... No primer pocket sizing drama, no goofy rim dimensions, not short/thin like RP, or "hard" with an almost brittle feel I have had with Federal... WW brass reloads easy, and lasts a long time. I still use WCC .45 match brass that has the headstamp nearly worn off, and it reloads smooth as butter, like my other WW brass.
The only brass I have veer had a problem with was federal, and it was one particular batch whcih was from LEO practice ammo. They just would not resize right, so I tossed the 150 or so cases.
RP is probably the most durrable and trouble free in .45 acp. I have thousands, many reloaded 14 times with no split cases or problems.
