What is your favorite "kit gun" (that is, gun for your outdoors kit, not gun you assembled yourself from a kit)?
Revolvers are generally preferred over semi-autos, rimfires are over centerfires, stainless over blued. But none of these are requirements, just observations.
Right now I have no true favorite, although I have enjoyed my stainless Taurus 94 in 22lr with a 4" barrel. Decently accurate, great trigger (thanks to a gunsmith) and stout enough for hyper-velocity loads.
So, what is YOUR favorite kit gun?
