What one gun would like to own but doubt you ever will due to price of gun?

If I ever win the lottery I will go out and buy the first full auto MP5 SD I can find, but that would be about the only way I just justify spending 12K on a firearm.

So what is your finically forbidden fruit?

I would have to say a .50 cal B.A.R for vintage, if we're talking new that whole future tatical rig being tested for the military, digital display, night vision, point it around the corner and shoot from cover accurately..........................sorry had to wipe the drool off my chin!!!:what:

16" naval rifle. Costly to operate, too.
Of the smaller guns, PKM, Ameli, MG3 and RPD.
Of the practical choices, that P7M8 or (not really a gun) compact ACOG...lately, production tools like Mac gear and cameras are taking precedence.

M3 grease gun
B.A.R.

Balog, I'd assume it's super-high-grade walnut - beautiful, isn't it? Here's another mouth-watering example from their Web site.

(Where's the drooling smilie when I need one? :D )

Another thing about H&H's wood: when you are fitted for your gun, you can personally select the stock blank you want to use. They will then put away the remainder of the stock blank, so that if you ever need to re-stock the gun (after field damage, or something like that) they can use the same wood that you previously chose, or can take a piece of it to repair your existing stock with matching grain and color. I'm told that they have stock blanks put away for most of their guns that they know to be in existence - some of them over 100 years old...

Vickers Medium Machine Gun.

An original Pattern 1913 Rifle with a hooked quillion 1913 bayonet.
A 500 NE double rifle like the one Jack Holloway carried in H. Beam Piper's "Fuzzy" novels.
