What other forums do you read?

There is at least one gun forum that strictly prohibits linking to another gun forum. It was not in the rules & regulations of that forum, but rather in one of those administrative "sticky" notes. (It is in the rules now) Of course its my own damn fault for not reading every sticky, but here is what happened when I did link to another forum:

I hope this is not considered to be "forum bashing", but I do think it is a little extreme on their part!

Who knows, I may now be banned from my second handgun forum.

24hourcampfire
nitroxpress.com
military firearm restoration corner
benchrest central
gunboards
surplussrifle.com
doublegunshop.com

I looked around CMP and M1Carbineforum.com when I was buying and cleaning up my carbine. Other than that I keep it all right here.

ktog.org and pretty much all the Hi-Point forums. I don't belong to any non-gun related forums.

THR and TFL, obviously.

I'm a big fan of diesel powered vehicles since I own two Dodge trucks with the Cummins engine, so I belong to the following forums:
VirtualDodge (Idaho Chapter member)
Diesel Power Magazine forums
Diesel Truck Resource
Diesel Bombers

Online gaming resources
I've been part of these two organizations for the better part of 8 years. Most of these guys are like brothers to me and I'm proud to know them.

USMCG.ORG - Online gaming for Marines. Obviously you need to meet the main requirements of earning the title and honorable service. Recognized by HQMC (Headquaters, Marine Corps) in its early days under a different name.

FMF-FAF.COM - Online gaming for all branches of the military, police, firefighters, first responders, etc.

I frequent Glocktalk on a regular basis, and THR that's about it on a regular basis.

You will definitely notice the difference between GT and THR ( as far as moderation goes) but GT has a wealth of information to benefit from.

HEY MODERATORS: The one thing that I really like about GT and definitely would like to see on THR is a subforum section dedicated to Carry (open or concealed). If THR would start something like that I could really call this place home.

Um, there's already a "Strategies and Tactics" forum, you know...

I frequent that one fairly often.

It would just be nice if CCW/Open carry had it's own discussion area. I have learned a whole lot from the carry issues forum over at Glocktalk, and I really think the collective IQ here at THR would be able to bring so much more to light.
