What other-gun holsters fit my SP101"

I'm looking for help on a couple of boards so pardon if you've seen this elsewhere. Since my 2.25 inch Ruger SP101 isn't nearly as common or widely owned as J-frame Smith and Wessons, or the Colt snubbies, I'd like to know if a pocket holster for another brand snubbie may fit my SP101. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Many J-frame holsters will work.

Just to reiterate the last post .. indeed, you can pretty much take your pick of holsters designated ''J frame'' .... and that gives a good choice.

When I wanted a holster for a Colt Detective Special, Andrews Leather told me that their SP101 holsters work just fine for DS. I bought and it does. Then I bought an SP101. The difference is the longer 1/4 inch of barrel that the 101 has. If you get a DS holster, the SP101 should fit, as long as the leather is is open at the bottom.

I carry my SP101 in a Galco Royal Guard that was made for a j-frame Smith. It fits rather well, not loose at all.

They said it would take 2-4 weeks, and it's 4 weeks today. Haven't received it yet.
The nice feature of Fist holsters, they are made to order, so you choose the color, size of belt slots, etc., but they are much less expensive than most custom made holsters.

I've been happy with Blade-Tech holsters, and they make 'em for many less-common pieces including SP101s of any barrel length.

A revolver in a Kydex holster would be kinda weird, though
