I'm relative newbie at reloading compared to many of you here - only 3 years!

.38spcl - HS-6
.357mag - HS-6, 2400
.40S&W - Unique
.30-06 - IMR4895

Hoping to magically find a bottle of IMR4451 to try on the .30-06 soon. I'm also hoping to pick up a lever gun in .30-30 soon and will have to add a powder for that.

I yet have to settled on the best powder for each caliber. Different powders for different guns and different bullets. I only load for hand guns (380, 9, 38, 357, 40, 44 Special, 44 Mag and 45 ACP).

I just start reloading again early in 2014 and have accumulated these powders:

Bullseye
Unique
Blue Dot
Red Dot
Green Dot
2400
700X
800X
296
TiteWad
4227

Have not been able to find any:
231
Pistol Powder
Clay
Trail Boss

the shortages the past 2-3 years have had me doing a lot of experimentation with new powders. While it was a good experience that I was forced to branch out and try new powders, but I finally found my favorites and I can just have two on the shelf

HP-38- 380, 38, 357 and 45
W296- 357, 300aac

easier this way
