What rifle stock for a J.C. Higgins rifle

A friend asked me to find him an inexpensive stock for his old J.C. Higgins 30-06 rifle. I'm not absolutely sure, but isn't that a model 70 Winchester that was manufactured for Sear's or J.C. Penny's?

Without the model number, or maybe some pics, it's hard to tell which one it would be.

There several different rifles sold as J.C. Higgins in 30-06, made by FN, Winchester and Husqvarna just for starters. A model number and / or a picture would be a huge help.
