45 = 230gr Hydra - Shok
9mm = 124gr Golden Saber
357 = 180gr XTP (Handload)

Depends on what I'm carrying but the usual loads are:
327 Fed = 115gr Gold Dot
380 ACP = 90gr Gold Dot or Corbon 90gr HP
9mm = 124gr +P Gold Dots SB or Corbon 125gr +P HP
38 Spl = 135gr +P Gold Dot SB
357 Mag = 125gr Gold Dot or 125gr Rem HP, WW 145gr Silvertip
40 S&W = 155gr Gold Dot or Corbon 135gr HP
44 Spl = 200gr Gold Dot or WW Silvertip
45 ACP 230gr Gold Dot SB, 200gr Corbon HP +P
45 Colt 250gr Gold Dot or Corbon 200gr HP +P

380: any reliable FMJ
9mm: any reliable JHP-currently 115gr XTP
357: any 158gr JHP
38Spl: any +P 158 gr JHP or SWC

I don't worry about magic bullets anymore, and just practice putting those I shoot where I aim.

M&P
.40 165 gr Ranger-T's

Blackhawk
.45 Colt 225 gr Silvertips (Urban)
250 gr OTLC Hard-cast RNFP pushed by 9.3-9.9 gr Universal (rural)

Stuff I roll up in the basement.

+1, except my reloading equipment is in the spare bedroom upstairs. The bullets themselves are generally just quality JHPs that shoot well. I guess I could probably make up a fancy name for 'em..........

Glock 19 9mm - Winchester 147gr. JHP: Heavy bullet, good penetration, OK expansion.
Keltec P32 .32 ACP - Winchester .32 ACP FMJ: 100% reliability, good penetration.

.380 - Buffalo Bore 100gr.+P HCFN
.38 snub - CorBon DPX Barnes 110gr.+P
9mm - Federal HST-LE 147gr.
.45acp - Federal HST 230gr.

.45 Colt is 250 gr LSWC over 9 grains of Unique.
9mm is Winchester Talon 127 gr. +P+
.32 ACP is Buffalo Bore LRN +P
.30 Mauser is 90 gr Hornady XTP JHP over 5.9 grains of Unique.

Some are carried more than others... ;)

.38 Specials: 158 grain soft lead SWCHP, 4.5 grains of American Select powder, Federal (usually) SP primer.
I carry Fiocchi 125 grain +P XTP's in a speed strip for a reload.

When I carry a CZ-82 (not very often) it's loaded with Silver Bear 9x18 hollow points.

Both my carry guns are 9mm. They are both loaded with standard pressure 124gr JHP.

G19 Gen 4: Hornady TAP FPD. I really like how little flash I get out of this and how it chronnied exactly where it was supposed to. I have seen several tests and out of 3.5" barrels and longer, it penetrates very well and expands with 100% reliability.

S&W M&P Shield 9: Remington Golder Sabers. This was my go-to 9mm round until I found the TAP. I kept this for the Shield because it has a shorter barrel and generates a little less velocity. I want to give my round every advantage out of a short barrel so I go with the Golden Sabers because they have a BIG HOLE and expansion is pretty much garunteed.

I generally carry the G19 on cooler days/months, when the extra penetration of the TAP is prefered. I carry the Shield on the hotter days when the most I should need to shoot through is a T-shirt.
