What should I look at getting? shotgun/rifle

Poll, Should I wait for a gun show and get a Mosin nagant under 250, or get a nice 12g shotgun? for under 250$ I like shotguns they are fun to shoot but I really want a Mosin nagant because bolt action are fun also and its a War gun From WWII.

At a gun show, you could go used on the shotgun and get both for that much.

Do you have a house gun yet? If not, go for the shotgun first. If you do, I say check out all the Nagants there. They're great cheap fun.

Yes I use a shotgun for HD but I am looking at a 12g atm. Really both for that much? thats like $125 each roughly. I really want a Bolt action

I havnt bought a shotgun for a long time but I believe you can still get a new 870 express for around that price.

You can still get Mosin Nagants for under $100..
If your current HD Shotgun isn't 12ga, why not:
- Take it to the gunshow
- Sell it
- Use money from sale towards the $250 and buy a cheap Mosin, a nice 12ga and some ammo!


EDIT: Or just buy the Mosin, since you said you really want a bolt action.
