What to do with reloads I no longer have guns for?

One of the "Common Laws" here on THR, is the same as stated by others in this thread. YOU MUST GET ANOTHER 9MM.
Face facts, just go buy one. It's only money. You will sleep better after buying a new one. :)

I usually keep the ammo when I trade or sell the gun unless its a caliber that I have absolutely no plans to ever own again. The only few times that this happened I let the odd ammo go with the gun one time and another time I gave the remaining ammo to a buddy that shot that caliber.

I'm a pretty firm believer in "never shoot another man's reloads".

We used to call OP's loads hand grenades at the local trap range. Most people won't shoot them, including me. I did however stumble onto a guy at the range that was having some trouble with someone else's reloaded 308 and threw them in the dud box. I ask him if I could have them and he gave me all of it. Took it home and tore it down for the bullets and brass. No idea what the powder was so dumped it.

My first 9mm was a Ruger P89 bought back in the 80s or early 90s. Had it till last year when I started to sell off semi autos in favor of revolvers and a few particular rifles. I am giving some serious thought to a 9mm revolver so some of that stash of ammo will stick around.
