How is it thousands upon thousands of people can be organized to go to Washington to protest a pipeline? Yet, even though there are way more of us that that group, it appears we do nothing. We talk amongst ourselves, we post on forums, but we don't really do anything. If we don't figure a way to get some attention, we are in serious times my friends. What can we do? How? We need to be thinking about it. United we can make a stand, if not, they will feel free to pick us off, one at a time, and they will win.

You know what, no. We are not having another thread about how all we do is wring our hands and post on forums. There are dozens of pages of real life examples of what members of THR are doing on the front lines of this fight.

Read the Colorado thread if you want to see what we are doing. Read anyone of the threads where members have written, called or emailed their reps. Heck some have even posted the replies. So no I am not going to let another "What can we do?" thread run. We are doing it. The members of this forum are doing it.

We don't have time to occupy anything because we have jobs and have to pay the rent or mortgage, but we are out there writing letters and making phone calls. Heck I am going to a debate tomorrow night in Denver hosted by the Governor in the hopes of being heard.

Edit:
I can see how this would sound personal, but I assure you it is not. I am just tired of hearing that we are not doing enough when I see many, many examples of members going above and beyond in defense of our rights. I for one know I can be doing more.
