Most likely my one and only purchase for 2005 will be a Sig Mosquito .22LR, when it is available in April. Other than that I will be busy with my 1911 projects.
I bought mine last week, a S&W 16-3, .32 S&W. I have been looking for one of these for a long time and was a pretty happy camper when I finally ran across a nice one.
I had every intention of getting the XD40 subcompact...then my gun money went to fix my car...$500......so I ended up getting a Taurus/Rossi 461..I'm picking it up today and heading to the range..
I read that SW is coming out with a new version of the Model 63- J frame 22 LR with an 8 shot cylinder - who knows if that is true but if it is, I'm interested.
What's a Sig Mosquito? I asked that before but I don't think I got an answer.
However, the first new gun will be some kind of 1911. Probably a Springfield.
I bought a Glock 17C from Glockmeister after New Years after treating myself to a used Glock 22C from CDNN for Christmas. Wife wasn't particularly happy with it but when I rationalized..."Two hands, two Glocks" she didn't have a snappy comeback and was unable to refute my logic.
Just bought this one a Ruger SP-101. This is the 3rd one I've bought, was stupid and sold the other two, including one of the 1st runs in .357 with the "125 grain only" label in 3 inch.
