I need some advice as to if $750 is a good price for a
Arsenal USA SA - M7 AK47 7.62x39mm? Says 50 rounds through it.

What would be a good counter offer?

Ban or no-ban?

I've seen ban models for $650-800 and no-ban up to $900+ LNIB.

ETA: that's Arsenal Inc's SA M7 not Arsenal USA (different company).

What it says on the reciever.

It says on the reciever
Arsenal Las Vegas, Nev. U.S.A.

This is what it says on the ad

This is a MILLED receiver AK47 made by Arsenal Las Vegas. Comes with one Arsenal 30 rd mag, and an Arsenal bayonet. This is a "no ban" configuration. This weapon is almost "like new" it has been fired only a few times so it would be classified as "excellent plus" condition. These are the highest quality AK's available on this planet. Cash only, no checks please. If you don't know what Arsenal AK's are then copy and paste this link in the address line of your browser and read this short article.

Before I moved to AK (about 5 months ago) I saw a "no ban" SA-M7 brand new at Gallensons on 200 S in SLC for $699. I should have snatched that up... :banghead:

My only solice is I bought a LNIB CZ P-01 from their used rack for $299 instead. :D

I bought a LNIB Arsenal SA M-7S (milled receiver, side rail) for $395. :neener::what:

That was two years ago, but I knew even then what a smokin' deal it was.

I'd say that $750 would be a fair price for an SA M-7.

Envy on Prices

Sounds like the price is fair at this point in time. Boy do I envy the prices you paid for Arsenal.

I went for the middle of the road Vector with a good reputation and 5 yr warranty. They are assembled here in North Salt Lake. I talked to the guy at the gun store GET SOME who use to work at Vector. He said that the owner created and set up a jig to align the Kant (not sure of spelling) on the sights during assembly. Sounds like some really good quality control going on there. Plus I can exercise any warranty issues by dropping it off before going to work. I DON'T HAVE TO SHIP IT.

Vectors are hard to find with the wooden stocks. You have to wait four weeks to check to see if you can get on the waiting list. Same with FBMG in Salt Lake. They would have to order to put you on a waiting list. GET SOME only had one left and was waiting for their order of 10 more. I grabbed it for $539. There are a few Underfolders available at the Vector Assembly Plant.

Vectors have gotten really popular. I hear the biggest probem is parts availability.

Thanks for your help.

$750 is fair for a SAM7 All of the milled guns are going for a premium right now. When Arsenal stops production of milled rifles they will be going for a lot more.

Prices will go up with Democrats in Office

If the presidential elections go for a Democrat presidency with a Democrat Congress, then prices will go up in my opinion. Tougher gun laws will raise the price of AKs and ARs.

So I had to hurry and grab one at $539. $750 for a Arsenal is more than I wanted to spend. Honestly I am tempted to buy an Underfolder Vector AK. I understand that the prior Clintons banned Underfolders while in office. Maybe worth much more soon. Supply and Demand you know. Plus it is a good excuse to get one to play with. I mean for investment purposes.

Sounds about right. My friend picked a milled up for that price 3 years ago at a gun store.

But one thing, it's heavier than a 'regular' AK. The solid receiver is pretty hefty.
