I couldn't bring myself to watch more than :30 of James Yeager, so I don't specifically know what model you are asking about.

Here is SOE's site http://www.originalsoegear.com/collections/belts

If you like the Cobra buckle, there is Talon Tactical https://www.talontactical.com/cobra-buckle-belt-p-1125.html?OBNsid=15b24f9012d764a7fe4549977dfa54b2

If you just want the basic belt and don't need the Cobra buckle, there is The Wilderness Tactical Instructor belt http://www.thewilderness.com/tactical-belts/original-instructor-belt/

I see you asked for a 1.75" belt. I don't think Talon Tactical offers that width, but I've found 1.5" more versatile as that is the default loop width for most holsters.

The Wilderness belt has been my go-to for years. I own a few, have never worn one out. Get the 5-stitch model for carrying service sized pistols.

+1 for Wilderness Tactical.

Also if you like the buckle feature I recently found a Vertex 1.75" with at 'Raptor' buckle that works the same way as a cobra buckle. Retail is like $75 but on sale it was $25. Its actually a pretty good belt.

They run small.

5.11 also makes a version of the wilderness that is pretty nice.

A heads up on those Cobra buckles that folks don't often realize when they are considering them, you usually need to remove the buckle to thread your holster on the belt. It's usually not much more difficult than threading a standard Wilderness belt, but it is something to be aware of.

Advice for anybody ordering a belt from SOE (Special Operations Equipment). Getting the right size can be very tricky and can also be hit or miss!
They say you should order the same size belt as your pants size. But not all pants are cut the same. I have 34 and 36 which fit me the same. A SOE size 36 was too loose , even at the tightest setting. I had a tailor alter the belt for my own perfect fit but in general I would say get a belt 2 sizes smaller as they adjust bigger by a couple inches.
