What's the Big Deal with WOLF Ammunition?

Carlos,

One is the Public Safety Training Center in Clackamas.

The other is The Place to Shoot, up by the horse track.

The PSTC is run by the Clackamas County Sheriff's office and Clackamas Community College. This is a beautiful facility and having to use their ammo isn't that big a deal.

The Place to Shoot is not as nice but the staff is friendly and the RO has been attentive when I have been there.

Both have rentals, but The Place to Shoot seems to have more accesories for sale.

The Place to Shoot will also order firearms for you at a very reasonable mark up, I can't remember exactly how much but remember it sounded good.

I hope this helps.

By the way, both have signs on the door prohibiting loaded weapons. LOL

My former range banned Wolf but allowed other Russian and steel cased ammo. Steel bullets were forbidden but not explicitly. The reason they gave me was that Wolf creates more toxic pollution. Subsequently they posted a sign that forbade any outside ammo "as in all indoor ranges in Palm Beach County(Florida)."
