Hrmm... S&W 22A. Only gun I've ever owned that actually needed to be sent back for repairs... Slide stop lost its springiness. Grips are uncomfortable, just generally don't enjoy the gun. But I still own it.
In its defense, other than the breakage, it has been reliable and accurate as could be expected of a brand new $149 gun.
When I bought it, I actually went in to get a Phoenix Arms HP22 I'd been looking at (stainless with both length barrels and a spare mag) but the Smith was only $10 more... Seemed like a no-brainer at the time. Other than the fact that they have like eleventy billion safeties on them, I've greatly enjoyed the three or four HP22s I've owned... As a range gun... I'd never carry one if I didn't absolutely need to.
