Your wants but cannot afford, or you need time to reset your wife. Mine is a Glock 35. Need the money and some more time to go by from the last purchase, so as to not upset the wifey.

I want a Kimber Solo. I got to play with a dealer model last week and now I think I'm in love. :uhoh:

I have no real good reason to order the gun though (not that that has ever really stopped me before). I have plenty of carry options right now with guns I really like. I don't have a 9mm yet, which might be a good reason to get one - but then it would be even more expensive as I'd have to load up on a new caliber. And the Solo is EXPENSIVE.

There's a mile long list of gun's I'd like to have but as I've got guns already that are far more accurate than I'll ever be, I'm good. The only "want" on the list these days is more ammo and more time to spend shooting it.

M&P 15-22 ... cannot legally own it because it's an evil, scary, "assault" weapon.

mstrat, that is a bummer. You should move to a cooler state. LOL kidding Mine would probably be a S&W stainless 1911 of some sort. I have no money right now so I haven't bothered narrowing any. Bummer.....

A Naval model Luger with the buttstock and a couple of snail drum mags.
The 1911 my father carried on Mail runs while a Boatswains mate on the US Cowenesque, the AO-79 a Fleet Oiler in the West Pacific.

An Ed Brown Classic Custom Centennial Edition. Right now I'm only $6990.00 short of my goal. I guess I'll just keep saving my loose change for a while.

STI Eagle 5.0 in .40, plus a 10mm barrel.

Out of my price range to begin with. Then add up all the high dollar mags I'd need, and it's so far out of reach, it's only a dot...

Easy One! I daydream often!!!

I have two different categories of gun wants ...

If you're talking about fairly well-known easy-to-get firearms ... I'd REALLY like to get my hands on a S&W500

However, on the slightly off kilter wants I'd love to get a hold of:

1. An AMT Hardballer .45 Longslide (With that 7" barrel ... YUMMY! :p)

and / or

2. A Full-Sized IWI Jericho 941 in .45ACP

But it is such a friggin hassle in :barf: N.J. :barf: to get a handgun because it's a <deleted> state where you need to jump through hoops to get a permit. Before you say it ... I KNOW I should move ... No money though :banghead: ... if you can finance my move ... or a new gun for me please let me know! :D:)

I'd give up about any of my long guns to get ahold of a almost NIB Colt Python 4" barrel, Royal Blued finish. I have a 6" version downstairs in the vault, she's getting awfully lonely down there! I've done some looking around these parts, as well as the popular broker sites, they're proud of theirs like I am mine. LOL

NJGUNOWNER: I had a friend that used to live in that state at exit 9. Good luck with your purchase, I'll need some on my end too. Ha

Nighthawk T3, mmmmmmmmm, drool. You could get a half decent used car for that kind of money (nothing nice but something fairly reliable, get you to/from work, beat around in or whatever. Firearm : Automobile, sounds kinda crazy). $3000-ish give or take.

Spikes AR15 in the carbine model

1911 Springfield Mil-Spec model

*sigh* as both are affordable with respect to their contemporaries.

Sorry to hear about that. You oughta come to PA. Where the weapons flow like the salmon of capistrano :) Forget it, we got enough of you birds CLOGGIN up our state (if I get stuck behind one more Yellow license plate). Ehhh, I guess we could let a fellow 2A-er slide. PM me your address and I'll send you 1 US dollar towards that move. Good luck in the Peoples Republic of NJ.

Well... lemme see...
Robinson XCR in 6.8 with 5.56 and 7.62k conversions
Metric Pattern FAL
A full size 1911 (.45 and 10mm)
A pocket pistol (unknown model)
Commander length 1911
For my PT 840
822 .22 conversion
9mm slide and barrel
6 in .357 sig barrel
Lee Carbide reloading dies for all of my various calibers
AICS 1.5 stock for my rem 700
I could go on, but I'm pretty sure covetous greed is a sin... ;)

I can think of a couple.

Lately, I've been hankerin' for 6" stainless Ruger Security Six.* For years, though, I've dreamed about owning an original, factory-nickeled Whitney Wolverine.

* I'll trade a 4" S&W 28-2 for one! PM me if an even swap appeals to you.

This is easy...another Wilson Combat 1911, ideally a Tactical Supergrade, but another CQB or even an X-Tac would do just fine.
