What's your favorite wheel gun?

I love my 4" S&W mod. 28 357. It really is a tank and almost as heavy!

Right now, my current favorite is my Ruger stainless 5.5" Convertible Bisley

It's comfortable with just about any load, even 335gr@1200fps.
I had the cylinder throats reamed to .4525 and don't get any leading with any of the cast bullets I use.

I have to agree that an engraved Bisley is my favorite.
DA guns are just kind of a yawnfest for me.

Guess my favorites are the two I own. A old 5 screw S&W K-22 and the S&W 625 that does well with 45ACP.

One of my all time favorites!
The 2nd & 3rd Model M,H&Co. Automatic Ejection Pocket Army Revolvers.
Actually that would be, "Merwin, Hulbert & Co.".
There was never, ever an "&" between the 2 names when Specifically referring to the Company.
Looks as if you've a rather nice 2nd Model Pocket Army there.

It's easy for me to pick my favorite but thats just because this Dan Wesson 15-2 is my only centerfire wheelgun.
I wanted to add I know it's old & the finish is worn off in spots I think about refinishing it but then another part of me thinks it would mess up the "character" of the gun (I think it might have been an old LEO or Security carry piece).

Mike, that's a proud old warrior you have there. You're right, its character is unmistakable.

Not too high a percentage for it being a LEO or Private Security gun because that model is referred to by DW as a target model and the fixed sight model (14) is called the Service Model. More likely just a lot of carry while hunting, and or lot of vehicle carry or maybe both.

I think they're very cool too. I remember in the 80's reading about Dan Wesson packs with various length barrels, from 2 to 8 or 10 inches.

The favorite one I don't have would be a model 97 from Freedom Arms in .45 colt, or maybe a Python.

Favorite one I do have is the Taurus Raging Bull in .454 casull; close 2nd place would be a tie between S&W 625-6 Mountain Gun in .45 colt and a Monsoon Dan Wesson with multiple barrels in .357 mag.
