When will the hard chrome KT P3AT will be out?

I was just wondering when these are due out I know keltec said late summer so hopefully it will be soon? I have ablues p3AT that runs fine but I gave it to my brother so now I want another one but want to wait for the hard chrome version,any throught on when it will be released?

I had a blued P3AT, and sent the slide and barrel to Kel Tec about 6 weeks ago to have them exchanged for chrome.

I got the gun back in about 10 days. Only cost $20 bucks. Since you are only shipping them only the slide and frame you can send it through the Post Office for cheap.

I would definitely recommend doing this. It greatly improves corrosion resistance and you don't have to wait on a new chrome gun to hit your gun store.

I know you meant to say "slide and barrel" in both places--just so no one alarms their post office workers unnecessarily!

I shipped my slide and barrel back a couple of months ago, to get the chrome treatment.

Local dealer has 2 hard chrome models in stock... or did a few days ago... they move pretty quick around here.
