Where are the Kel-Tec sub 2000s ?

I've been searching all over creation for one of these carbines in .40 cal for a long time now, and NOBODY has them. You know it's an issue when you cant even find one online. (btw, the ones on gunsamerica are a no go , I've called them and they don't actually have them). So does anyone see these in stores anywhere ? And if not , then what's the deal with Kel-Tec ?

One of the local shops I was in about two weeks ago said they can't get any of them, any of the SU-16 rifles, or any of the .32 or .380 pistols except for an occasional one; said the demand is so high the backorders are awful

Just shot mine in 40 again yesterday and had forgotten just how fun these things are to shoot. Hope you find one.

I have a .40 and a 9MM.

Nice shootin' guns. My .40 is SS and takes Glock mags. I don't shoot it much. The 9MM is cheaper to shoot.

A friend of mine bought one (in .40/glock magwell) at a gunshow for $250 in 99% condition.

I haven't seen them anywhere outside of that gunshow though, they do seem pretty scarce.
