Where do you get your bullets?

Muk,
what calibers where you after? (did I miss it?)
I might possibly be able to PIF samples if I have anything in the calibers your looking for.

Xtreme Products

Have been using Xtreme plated bullets in 9mm, 38spl and 45 ACP. Delivery times were slow but not too bad. A recent order sent to me was incorrect. I received small primer pocket 45 ACP rather than large. I sent 3 E-Mails and got no answer. I called and was told the entire customer service staff was in a staff meeting and to call back in 2 hrs. I did so and finally got to talk to a representative. Was promised I would receive a product return label via E-Mail but that promise was not kept. I received nothing. When I called back to the representative's direct number, I got a voicemail message that said she was in a meeting and to call back later. This was at 7:30 AM on a Saturday. Calling the regular number got another voicemail that said the office was closed. Wonder about the truth in these messages. Cannot get my correct order until I prove the incorrect order is on the way back to them but need the label to do so. It appears they do not trust their customers to keep their promises while they fail to keep their promises to the customer. Customer NO SERVICE at its best.

They pour out of the bottom of my lead furnace, into my mold. Then after cooling and coating they make the trip into cases on top of some powder.

Jacketed? I shoot only a few, those would be in my hunting rifles. Those I get from my LGS or online from Midway.

I've been very pleased with the .355 hollow point bullets that I got from Magnus Bullets (available directly at magnusbullets.com).

I recently placed my first order for some pulled bullets from American Reloading (americanreloading.com). I haven't received the order yet, but if it looks anything like what was shown in the photograph, I think I'll be happy.

This is very disappointing to hear. I've been buying nothing but X-Treme bullets for my pistols for about four years and the few contacts that I've had with customer service have always gone very well. Twice, in fact, they sent me the wrong weight bullets and just told me to keep them or sell them while they sent out the correct ones.
They're a sister company to Freedom Munitions and they may have been recently bought out although I'm not sure about that. It could explain a change in customer service as well as Freedom's recent expansion into other areas besides loaded ammunition. If that's the case, it's a real bummer but I've recently bought some things from RMR that I've been really happy with so I may start buying everything from them.
