Where to get Howa barrelled actions?

Anyone know where you can get Howa barrelled actions besides the Legacy website? You can get an entire Howa rifle from Bud'sGunShop.com for their price.

You can try West Coast Guns in Redondo Beach...

I do not have their info off hand, but the owner's name it Leo and he has them all the time. You can do an internet search and it should show up.
