Of the pistols listed I would personally go with the Bersa .380, great pistol...great price! A whole lot to like with this pistol.
Keep in mind though that .380 can be a little snappy depending upon how the pistol operates (blowback.)
My gf personally cant stand .380 for some reason out of my Bersa. However, she loves my brothers SA XD subcompact....and it shoots 9mm para.
So perhaps you should consider a subcompact 9mm. Same size package, cheaper ammo, and a better cartridge.
