it would likely take a very experienced ER doctor from a large city to be able to tell the difference from the wound ~only~. now if either/both were wadcutter, even i could tell the difference.
there you are talking a multiple projectile round. maybe launched in an HP format, but not a true "HP". from what i have read, the magsafe, powerball and glaser type projectiles are always dramatic. downside, EITHER in the success or failure department.

I remember when they first came out they were considered devistating and a surgeons worst nightmare. Cost was something like $3.00 a round maybe more. However they only do surface damage not enough penetration.
