So if you can't pick one that he has listed, and you can't come up with another suggestion other than the only gun he asked to be ruled out, why post at all? You aren't required to say anything at all, ya know?.
There seems to be an unreasonable prejudice for and against some guns...including the Glock. It is exacerbated by the knee-jerk reactions of people on either side of the fence when their "opponents" make a posting.
When someone asks a question, and excludes one of the better answers, it doesn't hurt to ask him to reconsider...or ask him why he has eliminated what should be one of the logical choices.
Of course, you don't have to answer. No one has to post any answers. But are you really so offended by just the mention of the name "Glock" that you have to criticize someone who was trying to help?
FYI, I don't own a Glock and don't have any desire to buy one. However, if I found myself in a situation where I needed to count on a gun that had a reputation for working in the dirtiest conditions I would certainly reconsider.
That ruger P89/95 will care a LOT...
I own a P95 and while I agree with people about it's rugginess, I have no experience with it's operation under dirty conditions so I would never recommend it for such. Interesting to here someone post who does have such experience.
My suggestion is to review what guns have passed military testing...and particularly pay close attention to how they did in mud and dirt tests. On Youtube you can find a video where someone dunked a Glock in a swamp and it performed perfectly. He did the same test with a Beretta 92 and it would not cycle.

On the other hand, someone posted a follow up to this video where they said Sig's don't like sand so this isn't a test of their ability to run dirty.
