Which gun has the better trigger?

IMHO, the FNP-9 seems to have a better trigger than the FNX-9. Of course, I am very partial to my FNP-9 which has been a very good pistol.

Thanks Bill.

I'm actually heading to Chicago right now. There are probably some good gun shows up there that have both guns. I check them both out.

This talking about speed and you guys not believing me is getting old. My 60 year old dad can pull it off and he has pretty bad arthritis. The trigger on the Citation is light enough that a gnat fart could fire it BTW.

I don't doubt you anymore now that you've explained that accuracy isn't a goal...it's easy to shoot fast when you're not concerned about making hits on a target.

What threw most of us off was your inquiry about a good trigger. You don't need a clean or light trigger for that, just a fast finger...google Bump Fire

Oh lol. Ok. I'm sorry. I'm stressed because of family and the holidays.

I still want a good trigger for target shooting. ;)

I, eventually, would like to get good enough to be able to shoot very rapidly AND put rounds on target. But that will take a lot of recoil management practice.

If you're heading up to Chicago area then you need to visit Mega Sports in Plainfied. They'll have more than enough different guns to try out. They probably have the best selection in the Chicago area. The next gun show is the Sunday after New Year in Wheaton.

No one has mentioned one of the "fastest" triggers available.....?

A Sig Sauer equipped with thier SRT(Short-Reset-Trigger)...CharlesT, a Sig would fit your want list too....hammer fired and hi-cap.

I was at cabelas today and found my gun.

A cz 75 sp-01 compact.

I hate compact guns but it feels so damn right. I'm getting it.
