1992 Sig P220 - like new condition, which I wear frequently in a C5 Leather IWB holster with C5 belt and C5 magazine carriers.

C5 Leather
"BigJim"
Kansas City, KS

As for total ACCURACY
Savage 110 Bolt action 22-250 which shoots 1/4" groups at 100 yards (1/2" at 200).

Oddly, my Norinco 1911A1 copy. I've owned NIB Colt Gold Cups that don't shoot as well as this slave labor produced, $250.00 gun. I love it, and it's the one piece in my collection that I can't imagine parting with.

Colt Revolver and Ivory

1967 vintage Colt Police Positive Special with elephant ivory grips!!!

Danprkr,
as per the thread - it is what instills confidence in you about that particular weapon. And that is what makes all the difference in the world.

well the company says its perfection so i guess i need to believe em.

i own a glock 17 :p

Hello friends and neighbors // Of those I own. These three stand out in fit and feel.

Handgun: 1983 S&W Model 586,,6", 6 round .

Shotgun: 1976 Remington 870 Wingmaster with 28" MOD or 18 3/4" VR barrels

Rifle: 1968 Remington Gamemaster .30-06
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For .22 cal.: S&W Model 617 6", 10 round and (believe it or not) the Marlin Papoose with multiple 10 round mags----More fun than I could have imagined.

I don't have any really high end firearms for comparison and I mostly buy used but I'm Content.

I'll Play.
Now to me perfection means reliable, the controls are in the right place, the ergonomics are perfect (for me) and the machining is a work of art. The pieces must move with Mercedes like feel.
So..........H&K P-30

My M1 Garand. Just got it back from Shuffs and it looks brand spanking new! Can't wait to take it out to the Cove Campground.

For me, I own three guns that I consider to be "perfect" in that they feel good, shoot accurately and reliably, and just "fit" me as a whole.

Rifle:
Springfield M1A
You could never ask anything more from a rifle than you can get from the M1A/M14 platform.

Autoloader:
Bersa Thunder .380 Satin Nickel
I get a lot of questions about this little pistol when I'm at the range, and for a sub-$300 gun, I don't think I'll ever find a better little carry gun. It fits my hand perfectly, stashes IWB and becomes part of you, and in over 800 rounds hasn't failed once.

Revolver:
Ruger Super Blackhawk .44 mag Stainless
Big-bore supremacy, great grip angle, pretty darned accurate, Shiny (I love shiny), and intimidating. It gets carried when I feel like open-carrying, and then the Bersa becomes a BUG IWB weak-hand side.

To me, for a gun to be considered as being perfection, it would have to be functional, ergonomic, reliable, and most of all, accurate. In .45. that would be a Colt Combat Commander; in a 9mm., I would opt for a Browning Hi-Power.

FN FAL-more widely fielded than any other battle rifle. Still in service. Dieudonne Saive was a genius firearms designer.

Rossi 720-the gun S&W don't have the brains to produce. The perfect carry revolver.

I love all the guns that I own or I wouldn't own them. However, the two that make it into the "this is perfection" category are my Sig P226 and Mossberg 590A1. I've never had jams from either, both are accurate as can be, and both will definitely last me a lifetime.

1903 Colt

.32 JMB design goodness.

Feels like part of my hand.

US M1 carbine so far is the only long gun even close to that user friendly.:scrutiny:
