Rel-19 works very well in 6.5x55 as does Rel-22, IMR4350, H-4350 for starters. Basically any of the medium-slow burning powders work in 243 & 6.5x55. Check your local manuals. Specific loads from other people doesn't mean that it will shoot well in your own rifle. Look at Hodgden.com or Alliantpowder.com for recommended loads. They are both excellent and capable cartridges.
I've had good accuracy with IMR-4064 in light bullets (60 gr Sierra's) and Imr-4350 and RE-19 with 100gr Hornady BTSP's in .243. Haven't loaded any Swede's yet but that may be my next rifle purchase( CZ-550).
I love H414 in my .243 too, from 55 grain BT's @ over 4000 fps to 70 grainers, 75's 80's 85's...... I do find a mag primer to greatly improve accuracy. H4350 is another great one in my experience using a very wide range of bullet weights too.
it all depends on your rifle... of course. I have used 42gr of nobel #0 (vectan tu7000 is the same). this is with hornady 100gr sp. (2450). i have also used viht N140 with lighter bullets. My rifle likes mid wieght bullets best 80-90gr.
