Which precision powder measure?

I've owned and used several measures and have not found much difference between them, accuracy wise. All of them depend on the operator developing a techinique or rhythm to throw consistent charges. And most of them don't like to throw extruded powders. The main difference between say, the Harrell's and the others is that the settings are more repeatable. X number of clicks on my Harrell's will weigh the same next time as it does today. The others, not so much. The Harrell's runs on bearings and is much smoother. Other than the repeatable settings its really no more accurate than the others.

I have an old Pacific that I use for rifle and an Ideal #55 that I use for small charges in handgun loading. I am plenty happy with the Ideal as you can "tune" the cavity to repeatably throw an accurate load depending on the makeup of the propellant. Heck it even worked well loading the 22 Hornet with Lil Gun and 700-X in 45ACP. As far as I am concerned the lowest price measure that will work is the best answer. I can see how some could benefit from the click settings to repeat things but I do not mind resetting things with a scale each time as I would always check the setting for correct weight and spread before starting to use the measure anyway.YMMV

Best of all is a jewellers powder scale.
Might not gave a shooting brand, but exactitude is what I am looking for

Well, Midway was running a $20 off of a $150 order sale, so I went ahead and bought a Redding 3BR powder measure and a Redding stand. There don't seem to be very many bad reviews of the 3BR, so hopefully it will give me the level of precision I'm looking for.
