The Glock 19 is issued to U.S. Air Force fighter pilots that is why I thought it would pair nicely with the M4.

Lousy choices. If a 1911 it wouldn't be a Kimber and it most certainly would not be a Glock. It would have to be American design at the very least.

OA-93.

But no seriously I voted who cares.

Beretta is a horrible pistol tho. its huge and heavy.

I voted for the Kimber 1911, but I personally am not a big fan of their 1911's. Not that they are bad in any way, I just prefer other brands over it personally. Two American icons of the firearms world that pair well together.

BTW, Another poster mentioned the book of two guns, and that is a good read if anyone else is interested.

FN Five-Seven it’s the same caliber. :D

It’s like if you have a 7.62 rifle you need a thirty-caliber pistol.

How about the gun you like the most? I voted who cares.

If it was me I would opt for a Glock 17 or a Sig 226R with nightsights and a light attached. But you should choose what you feel comfortable with.

Public Service Announcement

Oh, look!

The thread is back on topic!

I'm so happy!

And we all want to stay happy, don't we?

I voted beretta since that what I own and enjoy. when I was on my senior trip to south east Asia paid for by the goverment most of us didn't carry pistols. Is that still true or is the military issuesing pistols to all of our troops that go into a war zone now days.

be safe

Since we're in fantasyland, why not just get a phaser? While we're at it, we should just beam guys into battle so we wouldn't need helicopters anymore.

Beretta M9 is the service pistol of the US, and has been for 25 years. It has performed well for 25 years. it IS the sidearm paired with the AR15.

since you are in the AF and you are doing it in AF camo it would make most logical sense to do the berretta, however i don't like the beretta, the 1911, would look disgraced in that pattern IMHO. i would do the glock or the berretta.
