Just wanted to share my experience with White Hat holsters, the issue I had, and how they fixed it.
I have been using the same WH Maxtuck holster for 2 years of every day carry. Over that time I have bought and sold firearms but used the same holster, just with different Kydex shells for whatever I was carrying.
Last week I noticed the Kydex shell for my Walther had developed a crack about 1.5 inches long. On a hunch I checked the website to see if they had a warranty policy. I was surprised to see they have a Lifetime warranty. My inner pessimist assumed it was only for the leather, and not the kydex. I decided to email them anyway to ask on Friday. Didn't realize until yesterday that I messaged them on Good Friday, so I didn't expect a response until at least mid week.
This morning just before 9AM I got a response from the company. They apologized for the inconvenience and asked for some pictures of the nefarious crack. I sent them a couple pictures from my phone, verified the address and the model firearm. Within an hour I had a shipping notice for a free Kydex replacement.
Very happy with the customer service from White Hat. And I highly recommend them to anyone.
